you feel stuck

We’ve all been there. We feel stuck, stagnant and not living our life to its fullest.

The thing is, I believe in you, and I believe if you learn how to listen to yourself, your path forward grows clear. You may have quieted your aspirations with habits that are no longer serving you, or self-limiting beliefs, but your heart is in there, and it’s waiting for you to listen.

you seek new coping methods

Do you do anything to numb out or make you feel (or not feel) something? This tendency might come through in buying things, drinking alcohol, procrastination, etc. It’s ok. It’s a busy and sometimes overwhelming world we live in and sometimes an escape can feel like exactly what we need. When it gets sticky, is when we depend on that “thing” to make us feel ok, normal, able to socialize or sleep.

you’re ready to start fresh

Perhaps you’d like to begin a new career, but aren’t sure where to start. Or maybe, you’ve got a major life event coming up and would like to work with someone who can help you navigate the road ahead.

Together, we’ll explore options, brainstorm resources, make vital connections, and grow your accountability muscle to keep you on course.

What coaching is not:

Coaching is not therapy, psychiatry, or medical treatment for physical dependence on drugs or alcohol. I can work with clients currently being treated by medical professionals, but depending on where you are in your healing path, I may recommend that you focus on healing past traumas with the help of a therapist or physician before we dig into your future goals.

My transformational practice is forward-focused and client-driven. We’ll discuss the ins and outs of coaching during our complimentary chat.
